How do I book a service?+
Choose your service and area, select an available appointment, then add your contact details and address. Review the summary and submit. You’ll receive a booking reference immediately.
Do I need an account to book?+
No. You can book as a guest and use your booking reference and registered mobile number to check progress. If you already have an account, sign in before booking to keep the appointment in your history.
When do I pay?+
Cash after service is the initial payment method. A price marked “from”, “hourly”, “inspection” or “quotation” is not a final total. Any additional work and the final amount must be agreed before work starts.
Can I change my appointment?+
Please request cancellation or rescheduling at least 12 hours before the appointment. Any agreed visit charge will be disclosed before work starts.
