HOME PRO / CUSTOMER CARE

Warranty Policy

Clear information for your booking, your home and your peace of mind.

Workmanship and scope

If you notice a concern with work completed by HomePro, contact us so the issue can be assessed against the agreed service scope. Any service warranty covers the workmanship described in the written quotation or booking confirmation; it is separate from a manufacturer’s product warranty.

Service-specific warranty terms

Warranty terms are confirmed in your service quotation. No universal warranty duration is stated on this page. Ask the team to confirm the applicable scope, duration and any conditions for your particular service before work begins.

Service warranty schedule

Service-specific periods have not been published. Plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, CCTV, solar panel washing, painting and general maintenance may have different scopes. The written terms for your booking should identify any applicable warranty.

Eligibility and supporting information

Keep your booking reference, receipt, quotation and any completion notes. Explain what has changed since the visit and when you first noticed it. Photographs or videos may help identify whether the concern relates to the original work.

Exclusions and separate issues

Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, unsuitable operating conditions, unrelated pre-existing faults and later alterations by others may fall outside the agreed workmanship warranty where they caused the issue. Product defects and customer-supplied materials require separate assessment. These are not blanket exclusions of consumer rights.

Customer responsibilities

Follow the care and operating guidance given for the work, provide accurate information and allow safe access for an assessment. Avoid further use of equipment if it appears unsafe. Tell us about any urgent third-party repair and keep relevant evidence where practical.

Revisit and repair process

Raise a claim through the contact options below. The team will review the details and discuss whether a revisit is needed. The scope of any remedial work and any proposed charge for work outside the original scope should be explained before you authorise it.

Nothing on this page limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
