Information used for your booking

Home Pro stores the name, mobile number, optional email, service address, issue description and appointment details you submit. Optional issue photos, job notes, booking changes and payment records are linked to the booking.

Who can access it

Authorized operations staff manage bookings. The assigned technician can see the contact details, address and issue information needed for the job. Signed-in customers can access their own linked bookings. Private job photos are available through protected booking access.

Account and browser preferences

Signing in uses WordPress session cookies. Light or dark appearance preferences are saved in your browser. Contact enquiries and account profile details are stored when you submit the relevant forms.

Messages and external links

Email notifications depend on the configured email service. Opening WhatsApp takes you to an external service with its own privacy practices. A booking confirmation on this site does not mean an email or WhatsApp message was delivered.

Questions or corrections

Use the contact page for questions or corrections to your information. Include your booking reference, but do not send passwords. This local test installation does not automatically delete booking records.
